Steering Column problems of the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe

I am writing to notify you of the problem I am experiencing with my 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe (VIN 1gnskbkc3fr617023). The problem is that the power tilt and telescoping steering column pops and clicks at low speeds when turning. While driving approximately 30 mph, the steering wheel was turned in one direction; however, the vehicle proceeded in the opposite direction. In addition, various warning indicators illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the steering column sensor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. It started with a clicking sound when turning the steering wheel. I brought it to dealership and they changed entire steering column. A week later it made a clicking sound again on a hard turn. I turn car back on after a couple of minutes and it was working fine no more steering column lock display. I have a keyless start, loaded lt model that has all features of an ltz Tahoe.
