No specific events. We simply removed the cushions and pads from the grace nautilus booster seat and noticed that the belt was completely frayed. The restraining system harness (which look like seat belt material) was frayed almost completely through. We would never have noticed it had we not removed the padding to wash it. Took vehicle to have tether anchors installed t child seat. Dealer used front tie down brackets after owner's manual read do not use front set of tie down brackets to install anchors. Dealer also indicated manual was wrong.
