Gm has not been able to figure out my car. It has been in three times for an eltrical issue. The car revs up and speeds up to 55 miles per hour on its own. Has no power steering. When decelerating using braking and in hybrid mode the vehicel surges ahead when the hybrid system disengages. This causes the vehicle to accelerate and prevents stopping.
