The dash has cracks in it on the top near the airbags, next to the speaker, and above the drivers side, I'm concern if in accident when the air bag come out the dash may splinter off in all direction, or where one piece is broken the air bags may get puncture before it does it's job the dash needs to be replace on a 50,000 car omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

My dashboard developed a crack above the glove compartment approximately 9 months ago. An even bigger second crack developed above the steering wheel. My vehicle is garage kept and well taken care of. I fear these cracks may impact the electronics for the airbag.

My vehicle is parked under a shelter. The dash cracked at the corner where the air bag is. If you look on the internet, there to see if there is a recall, you will see that there are thousands with the same problem in the same exact location.

The dash is cracked in two location and the cracks are spreading. The cracks started forming without any incident (no crash).

There are two separate cracks in the dashboard. The dashboard was never abused or hit. It has come to my attention that this is problem with many gm vehicles from 2007-2013.

2 large cracks on dashboard not truama related just started to appear and grew larger.

At approx. 60k mileage it was noticed that the dashboard top left corner of the passenger airbag was cracked. Vehicle was brought to a gm dealership and it was replaced. At 113k mileage, the crack is now in the same exact place on the passenger airbag as well as on the drivers side. Because we are out of the 100k warranty gm refuses to pay. We are out of pocket $950 to replace with no assurance if left cracked it will not cause a safety hazard if airbag is deployed. This is the 4th gm vehicle with the exact crack.

Dashboard has cracked at upper left hand corner of passenger air bag and above driver side instrument panel. Crack at air bag is worrisome in event that it may effect air bag deployment.

My dashboard began to crack around 40,000 miles on my passenger side airbag. Within a year another crack developed on the other side of the passenger side airbag. Then at approx 85,000 miles I had a huge crack develop and spread on my dash right behind my steering wheel. This crack has begun to get bigger. I have contacted my dealership and gm.
