Three problems related to air bag not deploy have been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet Tracker. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision between 35-40 mph, and both frontal air bags did not deploy. Dealer / manufacturer were notified. Feel free to provide any further information concerning this matter.
Consumer's wife was traveling about 35mph on the highwayand another vehicle didn't yield and veered into her vehicle, and force her off the road. Then she went into a utility pole. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy. Also horn is difficult to locate on the steering wheel.
Vehicle rear ended another vehicle at 25 mph. Upon impact, both air bags failed to deploy. Dealer /manufacturer were not contacted at this time.
