I was t boned, a lady ran a stop sign hitting my car I was passenger, but it was my vehicle. I need up on the dash board when the firemen and emt go on the scene they told us to lean the seats all the way back incase the air bags later deployed and they never did! I ended up getting 2 back surgeries due to that accident on4/23/07 in my 2001 chevy Tracker which the airbags never went active and it was a bad impact! there was a police report made of the accident as well.
