I was at a complete stop and was rearended by a vehicle who did not see me and did not attempt to stop hitting me going 35-50 mph and pushing my car into the vehicle in front of me and impact that vehicle. My frontal airbag did not deploy and my seatbelt did not restrain me. I believe both of these were faulty and did not work properly based on the speed I was hit. My car was totalled by the insurance company. I was seriously injured with permanent facial damage.
Consumer stated that on Monday may 11, 2004 while sitting at a light vehicle was hit from the rear at approximately 30-35 mph. Consumer's vehicle was pushed into another vehicle. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy. Consumer sustained chest, head ,abdomen, and back injuries. Also, consumer's wife who was a passenger in vehicle sustained head, neck and leg injuries.
While driving 37 mph the vehicle was involved in a head on collision. The air bags did not deploy upon impact. The passenger sustained severe whiplash. Please provide additional information.
