The defroster failed when needed. This condition resulted in a completely obstructed windshield with reduced visibility while driving. The lost visibility could have resulted in an accident, injury or death. The a/c electrical circuits were found to have a blown fuse. A TSB was found by the dealer, and this is a known defect by gm. The fuse was replaced.
