I was driving on the highway going 65mph which is the legal speed limit. I got cut off by a driver and light tapped my brakes to slow the vehicle down. When I did so the vehicle then swerved to the left and started drifting sideways directly to a wall. I went head on with the wall. Then I bounced back across all lanes of traffic again still sideways and drifting hitting another wall. Which is where the vehicle ended at the stopping point of the accident. No airbags deployed in the accident. The driver behind me who witness the crash stated that the vehicle started to loose traction before I hit my brakes and me hitting my brakes caused the vehicle to them loose full control. I was in the process of buying this vehicle from gresham Ford in oregon. I was told the vehicle was 100% road safe and passed safety inspections. Which is false.
Airbag on drivers side deployed from the drivers seat without being hit. Opened my car door and the bag was deployed. Car was parked in my driveway.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident while driving my 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer down a country road. I tried to avoid hitting an animal in the road and went onto the right shoulder when my right rear tire hit a pothole/asphalt and the tire blew. The vehicle started to tip to the left and then rolled approximately 13 times without one air bag deploying. I sustained multiple injures and surgery is now required.

I was in a car accident, where I was traveling at about 35 mph. An aggressive driver speed around me and cut me off and than stomped on this brakes in front of me. Due to that I swerved to miss him clipping his right back light ad bumper with my left headlight and bumper. As I was swerving I hit a tree just about dead on with my ar. The majority of the impact occurred just about 6 inches to the left (if looking at the car) of the center of the front of the car. I hit the tree at a speed of about 28-30 mph. After initial impact I was rushed to the hospital due to unconscious and facial contusions. During the first moments after the accident, one of the first things officers, emts and witnesses said was "I can't believe the airbags didn't go off". In the recent days after the accident I have had several mechanics and such appraise the car, the one common theme they all share is that they suspect there might not be an airbag where it belongs. Or the lack there of.

On Friday, October 7, 2005, our client was driving her 2002 Chevrolet trail blazer in springfield, illinois. Soon after turning a corner from ninth street west onto cook street at approximately fifteen miles per hour, all airbags in the entire vehicle discharged at one time. Our client was pummeled about. The vehicle had not been struck or in an accident at said time. Our client had merely just completed turning the corner. A service air bag warning had turned on in the vehicle the previous day, and she had already planned to have the vehicle taken in at the local Chevrolet dealership in springfield, illinois. General motors was contacted but denied any responsibility since the vehicle was just past the warranty date. Eventually, the local dealership replaced all of the air bags but still was unable to confirm what was the actual cause of same.
Unknown reason loss of control of vehicle. Vehicle inadvertently went to the right side of road, vehicle rolled over several times. My brother was ejected and vehicle rolled over on him. No airbags had deployed.
While driving 60 mph in a rain storm on ohio turnpike in newton falls, consumer felt like vehicle was coming off the ground. Steering got loose and then it got hard to turn. He swerved toward a semi-truck, then over corrected and hit a concrete barrier wall. He rolled once completely and ended up on the driver's side, facing the traffic. The air bags didn't deploy. Vehicle was towed, and insurance company told him to get in contact with gm to find out why the air bags didn't deploy.
While attempting to change from the outside (slow) lane on interstate 35 a speeding car attempted to pass me. I swerved back into my lane, note; this was not a severe steering maneuver. The 2002 Trailblazer immediately rocked and went into a roll. The vehicle was totaled by the insurance carrier. 1. None of the air bags deployed, front nor side. 2. The locked drivers side door opened up on impact. 3. The SUV roll occurred with out severe over steering.
Front driver's side seat belt shoulder restraint did not lock (retractor) when vehicle was involved in rear end collision with a tractor trailer at 45 mph. Also, none of the airbags deployed. Cw.
While driving 5 mph the vehicle was involved in a side collision. Upon impact neither the front or side air bags deployed. Dealer and manufacturer had been notified.
Consumer was ejected from the vehicle after it over turned twice as a result of defective steering. While driving the consumer noticed that the vehicle was going off the road to the right. The consumer overcorrected the steering wheel and the car subsequently went too far over to the left with the right side front and rear wheels in the air. The consumer then corrected to the right and the left side tires came off the road. The vehicle then went into a skid off the right side of the road and struck an embankment. The vehicle struck an embankment and the consumer's chest hit the steering wheel. The impact bent the steering wheel and rendered the consumer unconscious. The vehicle the overturned 1-2 times and the consumer was ejected from the vehicle. The consumer sustained rib fractures, joint separation, upper and lower back injuries.
