One problem related to frame rust has been reported for the 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The frame in my Trailblazer has big holes rusting through it. A frame 100 years old will never rust through. The use of very cheap thin steel may result in a accident when the frame breaks in half. I find this unacceptable regardless of how old the car is the frame should never rust through.
