While the vehicle was being serviced by an independent mechanic, the contact was informed of rotten areas on the frame. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer stated that they could not offer assistance to repair the vehicle. The VIN and failure mileage were unknown.
