My 2005 chevy Trailblazer keeps losing power to the accelerator pedal,I took it to the dealer they had it for 2 days they replaced acc pedal sensor I took car home and the problem occurred again same day. It cost me 442 dollars to repair and I have to go back to dealer tomorrow what are my rights in this case can they charge me again to fix the same problem.
