Automatic Transmission Torque Converter problems of the 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer

Transmission hard shifting, slow torque converter clutch lock up and hard lock up when it does. Going down a hill the torque converter will unlock when letting off the gas and when starting up another hill the engine will speed up and then it will re-lock with a jerk. Lower gear shifts hard sometimes and sometimes ok.
