The driver's side mirror is cracked, in addition to the catalytic converters - bank 1 and 2, they sold me this car like this and reset the engine light.
Main window switches have failed and the wipers do not work on the highest setting.
The rear support for lift of door failed- vehicle was stationary the driver side windshield wiper failed - vehicle was in motion on highway a/c blows freon through vents- stationary, in motion- has been in shop 3 times condenser, a/c lines have been replaced- still does not hold freon for long.
Wipers stopped working when I was on the road. Still continue not to work. Which is not fun to drive. Hoping for no rain. Not sure why mine doesn't have a recall being its in the snow state and they are replacing a part. So I am suppose to pay for it myself? another issue, our windows don't want to roll up back up. Our back right window has gotten stuck down. The button back there and in front won't bring it back up. We have to try it for like an hour, turning the vehicle on and off, reaming on the buttons to get it up. If there is a short circuit somewhere? we can't adjust our mirrors. Assuming an electrical issue with all of this.
Went for an oil change and then noticed my coolant reservoir completely. I contacted oil company and topped coolant off. Next day went to work and oil company came to inspect the car and coolant empty again. Went to oil company after work and was advised to go to dealership as it appears to be a water pump leak. Next morning went to shaheen Chevrolet and paid $101. 86 and the advised it was my water pump leaking at shaft weep hole. I research3rd and found recall 13079 and contacted gm at 18002221020 and s/w anna and was advised its not a recall but a customer satisfaction program. And that I had the customer satisfaction on 4/19/2014 and it only carried a 12 month warranty. However since this seems related they will assign my case to a senior advisor . . . Case 8-3280633041.
This vehicle continues to have unpredicted problems. Wiper problems brake issues.
Wipers stop working when the left signal turn was activated, wipers would restart when left signal was turn off and in the neutral position. When driving wipers would periodically stop working and would return to functioning when left wiper was partially activated and not pushed down completely. Vehicle was in motion.
Power steering gets hard when in a lower speed, front windshield washer works parttime.
The windshield wipers are inconsistent at turning on when not in the off position. If they turned on, they would stay on until the vehicle was turned off. The only way to ensure the windshield wipers came on (and stayed on) at any requested wiper speed was to have your high beams on. If you turned your high beams on, the dashboard light would come on. If you turned your wipers on, the high beam dashboard light would go out (yet the high beams would still remain on).
Just like other complaints I have read on this car year and model, the air conditioner on the front seat passenger side blew hot air out when air was on, then it blew hot air out both before it broke completely. I agree with other customers, that this should not happen in a 4 year old car. They want 1500 to fix. Also, the two pumps went out that pump out the washer fluid, they said it was an electrical issue, this is a four year old vehicle, it should not be having so many electrical issues happening. They want another $500 to fix it. Both this are hudge concerns given it is a 4 year old car and there are many similar complaints. It is definitely a safety concern.

After purchasing the vehicle we noticed that the mirror was developing a dark film which kept getting worse. It is now very difficult to see out of the mirror. It has gotten so bad that it is now a safety issue. We are now afraid to drive it because of the possibility of an accident and so it is now parked in the garage and not being driven.
