general problems of the 2015 Chevrolet Traverse

My engine light came on. When I get gas the car will not just start there is a fuel leak code and a valve code. Getting looked at next week at the dealer.

I recently got this car from a licensed dealership and I have had nothing but issues. I the car has broken down twice and has been in the shop 3 times. 2 of which were for the same issue. While driving you either feel a constant pull then its almost like it releases and then it speeds up. Then I have a hard time slowing it down. When the car broke down the temp gauge dropped all the way down, ac stopped working and when I pulled over and stopped the car it would start again. After 30 min it started but immediately rev up in rpms to max and wouldn't stop till I turned the vehicle off. They car has been in as I was told it was fixed but it still revs up rpms hard and long, when it shifts it jumps, while driving the vehicle feels as if its loosing power ,the batter levels constantly fluctuate and the steering wheel feels like its trying to jump out of my hands. Jolts me like I've hit a pot hole but there is no pot hole. Electrical issues as far as just barley putting the key in the ignition and the lights do some stuff and all the doors lock, and its set to lock when up to speed. Sometimes when starting the car it will have a week rev and it sounded like it would when you get a jump and your trying to pump the juices. The dealership said it was fixed but it still feeling like its pulling and then speeds up. Rpms still jump up hard and long. This is dangerous and everyone keeps telling me its fixed but it is not. This vehicle was mentioned to be a family car but I cant trust me or my family is safe. It was made 07/14 but has a 2015 VIN number. This car should of been put out of service and never sold to anyone. Since the travers had so many recalls in 2014 which by the way match perfectly and more to what is wrong with this car.

Purchased a 2015 chevy Traverse the power steering went out and it's leaking. This vehicle is only 3. 5yrs old this should not be happening! it's extremely dangerous when you have two children in the vehicle!! the noise was grinding and whining, you could not turn the vehicle if you were reversing. And trying to drive forward and turning onto another road was very hard. This is not normal and this needs to be a recall!!.

Loud noise coming from the power steering area when I accelerated and turned the steering wheel . This happens when I wanted to park my car. I just changed water sensors , and now it has the evape error . That not really good for under 60000 mile car, its not normal.

At 41,000 miles March 2018 after getting gas noticed vehicle stalled and would take several attempts to crank.

Airbags light is always on . Problem with terring wheel too hard to turn.

The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse. While driving various speeds, the check engine warning indicator illuminated. In addition, after the vehicle was fueled, it failed to start. The contact had to depress the accelerator pedal numerous times in order to start the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the fuel purge valve failed and needed to be replaced. The technician advised the contact to take the vehicle to a local Chevrolet dealer. The vehicle was taken to collins Chevrolet (located at 2300 rockford st, mt airy, nc 27030) where it was diagnosed that the fuel purge valve failed and needed to replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle was not covered under the warranty, and referred the contact to NHTSA. The approximate failure mileage was 56,000.
