The contact owns a 2024 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated while driving 65 mph, the vehicle shut off while on the interstate, with the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the driver’s side door became inoperable, with the plastic frame hanging off the door of the vehicle. The vehicle was restarted on the third attempt; however, the failure recurred.
