The contact owns a 2017 Chevrolet Trax. While driving, the contact heard a squeaking noise from the rear brakes of the vehicle. There were no warning indicators illuminated before the failure. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (dekalb sycamore Chevrolet GMC, 1925 mercantile dr. , sycamore, IL 60178) where the vehicle was repaired on numerous occasions without a known diagnosis.
