The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 19v312000 (suspension) the contact called the ourisman Chevrolet of marlow heights dealer (240-455-3386, located at 4400 branch Ave, marlow heights, MD 20748) and it was confirmed that the parts were not available. The contact stated that the brake squeaked. The vehicle was taken to the same dealer where the rotors were cleaned and the brake pads were also changed. The failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and would contact the dealer for a loaner vehicle. The contact was neither called back nor told when the recall part would become available.
