When I'm stopped and I take my foot off the brake the transmission slips and slams into gear.
Tl- the contact owns a 2020 Chevrolet Trax. The contact stated that the transmission keep slip while driving changing gears independently and was jerking. No warning indicator lights illuminated. The contact also stated that the failure get worse when driving on the highway. The vehicle was taken to bennett Chevrolet dealer, (6721 e black horse pike, egg harbor township, NJ 08234, (609) 641-0444) and was informed that a failure could not be found. The vehicle was not repaired. Manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact to take the vehicle back to the dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 13. Aw.
