Air Bag Not Deploy Problems of Chevrolet Uplander

Air bags failed to deploy when a dump truck driver ran a red light on the highway at 50+mph without hitting his breaks at all. I was at the intersecting light that was green so I had just started to pull into the intersection to cross over the highway. The front driver's side quarter panel is smashed to the motor, hood ripped off and mangled. The dump truck spun us 180 degree's and drove up over the front windshield.
