Brake Hoses, Lines/piping, And Fittings Problems of Chevrolet Uplander

The placement of the rear brake lines on this van are right under the frame, so when im driving and the van is going up and down due to bumps in the road the frame cuts into the brake line and eventually brakes the line causing them to leak and me having horrible brakes. Ive had to replace the brake lines two times already and the brake lines on there now are already starting to leak again. This is caused by a poor placement of the brake line and theres no way of fixing it.
