Interior Lighting problem #1

The contact owns a 2008 Chevrolet Uplander. The contact observed a defect with the interior overhead center console light; located in the rear of the vehicle. The console light was extremely hot to touch. The vehicle has not been inspected for the malfunction at this time. The contact had concern of the potential safety hazard. The failure mileage was 30,000. The VIN was unavailable.

Interior Lighting problem #2

The consumer states that the dashboard light is too dim on bright days. The vehicle is a 2005 Chevrolet Uplander. The consumer took the vehicle back to the dealer to have the light checked and there was nothing wrong with the light that was already in the vehicle. The consumer wrote gm to complain. The consumer just bought the vehicle a month ago.

Interior Lighting problem #3

Caller said automatic sliding door was defective. Caller had it fixed twice already, and has an appointment for a third time. The cable broke, and she was waiting for the part. The bell that signaled door ajar sounded constantly. Also, the motor for the sliding door was replaced twice, and currently was waiting for another one. This will be the third motor in three months.
