I have put on less than 2000 on tires - every time (from the first day) I travel gravel the tires become punctured. I have had no less than 10 flats due to this.

The contact owns a 2007 Chevrolet Uplander. Due to the amount of snow in the area, the contact had to drive through a lot of snowbanks. He lost control of the steering wheel because the vehicle shook uncontrollably. While driving through the snow banks, the snow impacts the inside of the aluminum rims. The dealer stated that the low profile tires caused the vehicle to shake. The only remedy would be to install a plate in the tires to prevent snow from entering the rim. The failure also throws all four tires out of balance. The dot number and manufacturer of the rims were unknown. The failure mileage was 16,724. Updated 02-23-09 updated 02/26/09. Updated 02/26/09.
I have had two of the tires that came with my new vehicle have the treads separate. They are model goodyear, p22560r17. One tire separated in February and was replaced by the dealership and the second one on August 20, 2008.

Purchased a 2006 chevrolot Uplander van with good year tires, p225/60r17. Right after the purchase vehicle started making noise & riding rough. Was informed by dealership that tires were defective , and that I should have good year replace tires. Good year alleged tires were cupped due to no rotation prior to my purchasing vehicle. Now approximately 6 months after purchase I have to purchase 4 new tires and be responsible for the cost. I believe this to be a total rip off.
The vehicle that we are experiencing trouble with is the 05 Uplander, specifically the tires, good year integrity p225/60r17. The tires are noisey, make a strange sound, wear out fast, ride is terrible, vibration in steering. We have taken the vehicle into burt Chevrolet multiple times only to be told that nothing was wrong. This was all done while the vehicle was under warranty. Now we are having the exact same problem out of warranty. We also recently took our vehicle to a 3rd party mechanic and it was determined the problem is with the tires. We believe the noise is attributed to radial wobble. Burt Chevrolet records will show that we have rotated the tires every 5,000 miles at your location and have maintained the tires as recommended. Records will also show that the then manager replaced defective tires at 15k miles with the same defective tire model and brand. As I am sure you are well aware that the goodyear integrity tire is a piece of junk. Google this tire and see all of the complaints associated with this tire. Burt telling us that nothing was wrong was a complete failure of diagnosing the problem and not resolving the issue. Burt service managers not returning my calls is also very unappreciated. A service manager at burt in parker states that they put cheap tires on vehicles to keep the prices low. Should customers be expected to replace tires every 5k, or 10k miles?.
