Consumer's vehicle was struck by another vehicle at the front right fender, speed was undetermined). This caused consumer's vehicle to crash into a tree head on. Upon impact, neither frontal air bags deployed. Both the driver and the passenger sustained injuries, and was transported to the local hospital by ambulance. The dealer was notified. . . . While traveling at 45 mph another driver rear ended consumer's vehicle, and none of the frontal airbags deployed. One person was injured in accident, vehicle was totaled.
While driving 35-40mph, another vehicle turned in front. Was hit twice. Neither air bag deployed. Passenger in rear hit front seat after right seat belt failed to restrain him. Driver hit steering wheel. Sustained broken foot/strained knees/ hairline fracture of te jaw/broken nose, and foot had a displaced bone. Was treated in emergency room. Vehicle was totaled.
