When on a downward incline and vehicle was in park it will slip out of park gear, and will start to roll back. It could have cause an accident. Dealer notified.
Vehicle was parked in driveway with engine running, driver reportedly put vehicle in park, child in child seat in rear seat, driver carried package in house, vehicle went down driveway forward across highway and into ditch.
