While driving down the interstate my car jumped a little then I could not go above 20 miles and hour. Once I arrived to a safe location I turned off my engine and then restarted. It seemed ok, but during the incident there was a flash on my dash that said "check throttle". I took it to a service station and they ran a code check on the vehicle. They stated the following: 1. Ecm (engine control module) 2. Tcm (transmission control module) 3. Orc (air bag/occupant restraint) my car is a 2017 Chrysler 200 VIN 1c3cccfb0hn50107. It has 55,600 miles on it, actual miles. Has happened on highway and city streets when I accelerate sometimes the rpms get stuck at 4000. And there is also lag from my acceleration when I take off and will get stuck at high rpms when I slow down while coasting and braking only way I've gotten it to stop is by tapping on my gas again.
I noticed there were recalls for the following problems and I have seen all of these happen to my vehicle but they haven't been fixed. Cruise control wont come off unless you hit the brakes 5 or 6 times and randomly speeds up without shifting. When this started happening my gas mileage went way down and the engine light keeps flashing. The codes coming up are cylinder misfire and air fuel ratio. I have talked to several people who said they had a similar issue and their dealership fixed it. I was told there were no recalls and nothing could be done. Not happy.
I purchased a 2017 Chrysler 200 limited from steve lander's Chrysler Dodge Jeep February 12, 2018. On February 24,2018 I had to return my vehicle do to my vehicle accelerating on it's own when my foot was removed from the brake pedal. Upon accelerating my gas gusher would drop a not h each time. February 23, 2018 my vehicle did an update that night; that at when it started. I called the dealership the same night and talk with emil the finance manager. He told me to bring it in the next day. Which was February 24, 2018. My I was told it was ready one week later so I go to pick it up. The problem wasn't fixed. I left it there. I received a phone call from melinda saying a technician drove my car and the transmission slammed so hard the tech thought it fell out the vehicle. So my transmission was replaced. So I picked my car up April 2018; one week later it is jerking as I drive down a hill. Them again in a flat parking g lot. So I call the dealership to return it and they can't get it to duplicate what ot was doing. So melinda calls and tell me to pick my car up and if o keep having problems return it. My car is still jerking and at 38-42 it changes gears roughly.
