1 Steering Rack And Pinion problem

The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler 300. The vehicle has continental tires. The contact noticed that all four tires had abnormal flat spots, as if they were out of round. He took the vehicle to the dealer and had the tires replaced with an identical set. The tires were also rotated. Shortly after the repair, he took the vehicle back to the dealer and had the two front tires replaced along with a wheel alignment. A technician from the dealer added that the tires were manufactured defectively. The contact still has possession of two of the tires. The manufacturer did not assist. The failure mileage was 18,567 and current mileage is 26,000. Updated 03/17/09. The steering rack and pinion was loose and had to be replaced. Updated 03/18/09.

2 Steering Rack And Pinion problem

While driving my 2005 Chrysler 300 with the hemi motor thru my subdivision at 25mi per hour the rack-n-pinion broke and the stabilizer bar broke, causing a badly bent rim, that caused the bolts under the car to become sheared off, causing a accident. Just and fyi I purchased the car 12/04 and the parts broke off on 3/19/2005.
