Dt: the consumer owns a 2005 Chrysler 300c. The car sits too low on the ground. The dealership stated they do not have the authority to alter the vehicle. The manufacturer stated that they had never heard of this problem this is just the way the car is made. While getting off of a turn pike there was a turtle coming across the road but it was between the tires and the bottom of his car, the vehicle scrapped over the turtle. Again while driving it was raining the consumer was in the middle lane the car in front ran over something and he hit it and it wedged under his car he could not turn left or right he had to drive a quarter mile to get off the road and he could not get under the car so he hit it with a golf club and later found out that it was a hard hat that got stuck.
