The length of the webbing on the buckle stalk is too long to properly install a car seat. An approved method to properly install a car seat in this situation is to twist the buckle. If this is done it puts the buckle in the belt path of a forward facing seat. While tightening the belt the locking latchplate broke. It is very lightweight. Another incident occured with another Dodge the next week with another tech.
