The contact owns a 2008 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that the air bag warning light illuminated and the strip above the glove compartment was lifted on the passenger side dashboard. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 14v567000 (electrical system); however, the part was unavailable to perform the repair. 2 Structure problem

Failure Date: 08/15/2010

The contact owns a 2008 Chrysler 300lx. While the vehicle was being service he notice that the crash impact bumper was missing. The vehicle was purchased used in December 2009. The contact took the vehicle back to the dealer and explained that the crash impact bumper was missing and they told him that he bought the vehicle as is. The vehicle has not been repaired. The failure mileage was 56,290 and the current mileage was 83,257.
