Tl- the contact owns a 2012 Chrysler 300. The contact pushed the front driver's seat back and noticed that the track were abnormally sticking out and into the rear seat floor board. The contact stated that two passengers in the rear seats had sustained lacerations to the feet due to the defective track. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The technician stated that there was not a remedy to the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a complaint was filed. The vehicle was not repaired.
