Just bought this 2012 Chrysler 300 and not even having it 2 weeks I filled up my tank and smelled a very strong fuel smell. My husband lifted up the back seat and found a quite large puddle just sitting on top of the fuel pump. We thought it was the oring but we replaced that yesterday and filled it up again and noticed another good size puddle on top of the fuel pump again.

Tl-the contact owns a 2012 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that the cap on the fuel pump was leaking through the electric outlets. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to be repaired where it was diagnosed that the fuel pump and cover needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue.
