Tl the contact owns a 2017 Chrysler 300. While driving unknown speeds with the high beam headlights activated, the lights failed to work when the outside temperature was five degrees below. 2 Headlights problem

(rk - no dealer info) tl the contact owns a 2017 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that the headlights did not illuminate enough (when making left or right turns) to accomodate his peripheral vision. The vehicle remained with the dealer for a couple of days for diagnostic testing. The dealer determined that there was no ability to adjust the headlights because of the design. The manufacturer agreed with the dealer. The VIN was invalid. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000.
