The contact stated her daughter (rear passenger side) did not have her seat belt on, causing her to hit her face on the the rear passenger window when the failure occurred. The air bag did not deploy. The contact stated the vehicle's passenger side bummer, the fender, and tire. Was damaged. The contact stated she hit her chest with the steering wheel. The contact did seek medical attention at the emergency room for pain on her chest and had low blood pressure. A police report was not filed. The vehicle was not drivable. The vehicle was towed to body shop. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired as of yet. The manufacturer has been informed of failure. The failure mileage was 700. Dp.

Tl the contact owns a 2018 Chrysler 300. While attempting to reverse out of a parking space, the contact heard a loud sound that ended in a boom. Afterwards, the vehicle idled and would not engage in drive. After many attempts, the vehicle shifted into drive and was driven to the contact's residence.
