I’ve tried to schedule appointment twice and they tell me that I need to call Chrysler which that’s who I’m calling and try to make arrangements for a loaner. This isn’t my mistake. It isn’t my problem. This is their problem. They need to provide me with a vehicle you’re not gonna take my car for three days when I have two jobs and no vehicle.
