The contact owns a 2021 Chrysler 300. The contact stated while parked and occupied in the vehicle or driving the contact noticed the headlights have failed to work as intended. A dealer was contacted. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the headlight assembly needed to be replaced. Vehicle was repaired as the headlight assembly was replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure; the failure mileage was 40,000.
