The contact owns a 2018 Chrysler 300. The contact stated while reversing, the rearview camera suddenly became inoperable. The contact stated that the center display screen was experiencing delamination. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the interior screen was delaminating. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 90,000.
