I parked my car on Sunday mid-day. I tried to leave on Monday morning for the store and it will not move out of park. Nothing has been done other than my researching the net and finding that you've had hundreds of complaints as well as Chrysler's 'partial recall k39' that they're saying will only cover certain VIN's. That is crap! if the spring is broken it's broken. Don't matter where they made it or what stamp is on my dashboard. As a 37 year old medical biller, that has a husband whom works out of town Monday through Friday, with a child at home (12) and my currently having a broken foot. . . . I'm pretty mad that I had to follow Chryslers instructions to their mechanics of how to remedy this problem on their select cars that they are willing to take care of. I took my laptop to the car, sat crunched up in it because there is a heat index out of the roof here so I needed the a/c on, followed their instructions and well what do ya know. . . . That piece of crap junk spring is broken off the front left pink pulley thing. Now, I get to sit and wait for them to 'decide' at the case management senior escalation team, if they are going to adopt my VIN into this recall coverage. Wth! are you kidding me? I did not make the car. I did not break the car. Their crappy, cheap behinds made a faulty shifter and now we have to take the brunt of it. It is to an extent a safety issue because 'what if' there was an emergency that I had to go to? this is crazy! I tell ya what if. . . I'd have to hire a taxi to take me to the emergency or call ems to take me a 1/2 block down he street if my sons asthma flared out of control. I'd get stuck not only with a hefty bill tow it, bill to the dealer to repair, but a bill to fix it and ems bill. This is crazy! and I'm not stopping until we get some idiot higher up at Chryslers attention.

My 2007 Chrysler 300 base model has a defect where I get stuck in park and cannot get out of this position on my shift panel. I contacted my dealership and they explained to me that its a small cheap plastic part that broken off and disengaged my shift controls. Now I am very disappointed in purchasing this vehicle and will never buy any Dodge make ever because of this. I would like there to be a recall on all these kinds of makes so I would be stuck with a $200 problem that can just decide to come out of nowhere. I hope my voice is heard and if I am not regared after this complaint I will be very disappointed. Regards
customer.

I purchased a 2005 300 in Nov of 2008, early in the new year I had to have the door locks examined for malfunctions and 3 tires had rim leaks, have recently repaired one of those tires again 02-09 had cold start issues severe knocking noise when starting car in cold temps, two rocker arms were replaced needlessly as problem not fixed turned out to be defective motor mounts, March 09 replaced tie rod ends and steering gear also strut tensions 6-09 airbag light sensor malfunction also door lock mech replaced 12-09 currently having the cold start issues again sunroof problems and a severe squeak when driving over speed bumps and dips in road also have had a very musty smell when activating fan for a/c or heat in certain weather mostly noticeable in rainy conditions this has been an ongoing problem since the spring of 09 I have never had so many problems with a used vehicle very disappointed in this product.
2005 Chrysler touring miles:49,113 hood supports failed without any warning, causing hood to fall hitting top of my left shoulder causing severe pain. I was very luck the hood didn't hit me in my head. Very serious safety problem.
