Front Suspension problems of the 2005 Chrysler 300C

Two problems related to front suspension have been reported for the 2005 Chrysler 300C. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Front Suspension problem

Failure Date: 06/28/2010

The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler 300c. When the contact hit the brakes the front wheels would start to shake. The contact had the vehicle inspected several times and the dealer always stated that they could not find anything wrong with the vehicle. The contact took the vehicle to an independent mechanic who found that there was a problem with the tensioned strut bushing arm replaced on the vehicle on the vehicle. When the contact tried to order the parts needed from the dealer, the dealer stated that its on national backorder, they have over 4000 of these on backorder!.

2 Front Suspension problem

Failure Date: 05/12/2008

The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler 300c. When the contact engaged the brakes, the front wheels began to abnormally shake. The contact had the vehicle inspected several times and the dealer was never able to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who replaced the tensioned strut bushing arm. The failure mileage was 35,000 and the current mileage was 64,000. Updated 10/27/10.
