One problem related to mid/rear seats assembly has been reported for the 2006 Chrysler 300C. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While slowing for upcoming traffic I signaled to the GMC dually truck by tapping my brakes. . . He was talking to his passenger and didn't see me. . . He hi me at about 55 mph. . . The impact pushed me into oncoming traffic spinning me around 3 times. . . The drivers seatback broke and instead of keeping me in my seat (I was seatbelted) I ended up in the right rear back seat slamming my head against the right read door and also hurt my back. . . I don't think the seat is safe if it did that.
