Two problems related to engine and engine cooling have been reported for the 2008 Chrysler 300C. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While stopped at a stop light, one of the radiator cooling fans (plastic) disintegrated, severely damaging the radiator beyond repair. Engine coolant was quickly lost. We pulled off to the side of the road. We had to replace the cooling fans and radiator.
Recalled ignition had become locked in "off" and "accessory" position. Dealer had to take ignition apart in order to get the key fob released from its locked position. Vehicle has sat on dealership lot since 7/6/2015, waiting for replacement ignition that has been released since 8/26/15, but was originally to be released 7/28/15.
