Contacted cutter Dodge immediately after receiving a recall notice on my vehicle. I was told that the part was back ordered. While waiting for the replacement part to come in I received a recall notice for another defect. I went to the dealership to schedule an appointment and was told that they had the first recall part but the second recall part needed to be ordered. I have not received a call from the dealership since Dec 2015.

"takata recall" I have taken my vehicle twice to the dealership to have the problem rectified and they keep telling me they will call me when my name comes up on their list. It's almost a year that has passed and I am still waiting.
I received a recall notice and my local dealer says they can't get the necessary parts required to repair my vehicle from the manufacturer. I have given this dealership ample time to remedy my problem but still it hasn't been resolved. I phoned the manufacturer about it and they verified that the dealership doesn't have the part and they couldn't give a timeline. So I'm writing to complain now.

I have been getting Chrysler recall letters for 9 months now. (recall# p57 NHTSA 14v 567). Every month when I call dealership, atlantic Chrysler-Jeep, 6820 tilton rd, pleasantville, NJ 08232 phone:(609) 646-8600, they tell me they do not have the part and do not know when the part will be available. There are 200 cars on recall before my turn. I am worried about the safety of the airbag and ignition sticking between start and run positions.

Other vehicle crossed over yellow line and hit our car from the middle of the vehicle on drivers side all the way to back and knocked off the back drivers wheel and sent us spinning around into and wrapped around telephone pole. My legs were pinned under dash and couldn't move, passenger door had been badly damaged and pushed in about one foot. Had to be cut out of the car to get me out, taken to er. My complaint is that none of the air bags deployed which I find quite odd. Would like to know where and who to contact to find out why air bag didn't deploy. We do have lots of pictures to back up our claim.
