Two problems related to brakes failed have been reported for the 1999 Chrysler 300M. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While backing out of the driveway the brakes failed without warning. As a result the vehicle collided into a tree. The dealer states the brake booster had malfunctioned. No injuries reported. Please provide additional information.
While vehicle was moving approximately 20 mph, consumer pressed brake pedal to stop, and pedal hit floor. Vehicle did not stop, causing consumer to rear end vehicle in front of him. The customer states brake failure was due to defect.
