Since I got my 2000 Chrysler 300m, everytime I go over speed bumps it shakes and pops. I also noticed everytime I make a turn it gives a loud popping noise. Everytime im going 25-35 mph it feels like my front tires are loose and shaky. Seems like its only getting worse.
The car tried to vier off the road in both directions, when I corrected in one direction it went in the other.

Loose steering felt suddenly, lost complete control of vehicle, vehicle veered to the left very sharply into two lanes for oncoming traffic, luckily no traffic was immediately oncoming.
This past weekend after taking a day trip to va I discovered a leak under the front hood. It smelled and looked like oil. The previous Monday I had my oil changed at the local Chrysler dealer and thought that maybe something may be wrong with the filter. On Monday the 31st of Mar I talked to the service mgr and he told me to bring it in. He looked under the hood and under the engine and found that it was a power steering leak not an oil leak. He stated that this is a common problem with the 300m. I stated that this seems to be mfg'ing problem. He stated it didn't happen to all of them so that is why it was not a recall or service bulletin. I disagree with his statement. I had extended warranty to they fixed it and it cost me $100. 00 deductible. I feel this is not something I should have paid for. According to this dealer this is a problem with the 300m and it should be identified as a recall or at least a service bulletin.
When the consumer attempted to turn the steering wheel, it was difficult to turn. The consumer stated the steering wheel became stuck when he attempted to make a turn. Ph.
The steering system completely failed.
Consumer was traveling about 25mph and vehicle started steering by itself to the left. Vehicle was actually doing 360's in one direction. Car finally stopped. Dealer said that the steering reservoir was busted form impact. Consumer said there ws no impact, only a scrape on the driver on front fender & small dent.
Pulling out of a trail station and all of a sudden went to pull the steering wheel and it wouldn't turn left or right. Made three attempts. Contacted the dealer and manufacturer. Had vehicle towed to the dealer.
When making u-turn steering will not return to center position. Dealer cannot determine cause.
