The left front tire of this vehicle failed on the date indicated. Less than 4 hours later, the right front tire of the same vehicle failed. The failure appears to be a sidewall defect. There are no apparent punctures. The tires exhibit a tear, from inside out, in the sidewall. Unsubstantiated runmor from a tire installer is that he "sees this probelm on this tire all of the time".
