The contact stated that during inclement weather the vehicle stalled, had to be put in neutral with the accelerator pedal applied as well as potentially turned off and back on as the failure progressed. The a/c and heating function failed to fully function and the internal lights had randomly stayed lit when the vehicle was off with the key removed. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who had been unable to provide a specific diagnosis, indicated that the failure may be electrical and the vehicle was not repaired.
