Tl- the contact owns a 2002 Chrysler 300m. The contact stated that while driving 5 mph, the inner tire rod bolts sheared off, causing the contact to lose control of the vehicle. The contact, who was a certified mechanic, repaired the vehicle with a grade a bolt. The failure occurred on an additional bolt six months later. The manufacturer was notified of the issue but offered no assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 135,000 and the current mileage was 172,000. Kmj.
