While driving my 2008 Aspen I've been having issues with the instrument panel lights flickering. I've only had this vehicle for 1 year. The problems started about 3 or 4 months after I purchased it. It started out only happening once or twice a month. Now it has become a daily problem. I had the alternator, starter and other things checked and everything was fine. I was driving last week and had to make a hard stop and the vehicle shut completely off. I feel like both of these present a safety hazard for me and other motorist on the road.
