The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Aspen 4x4. The contact stated that the rims were bent on the passenger side of the vehicle and were replaced. He stated that he is aware of the major lawsuit that was placed on the manufacturer pertaining to the rims. The dealer stated that this was a result of a user error and that the contact must have struck a pothole or driven off the road. The contact denies those accusations. The dealer also stated that the rims are more for show than for actual use. The current and failure mileages were 4,000.
