Front Suspension Control Arm problems of the 1996 Chrysler Cirrus

Two problems related to front suspension control arm have been reported for the 1996 Chrysler Cirrus. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Front Suspension Control Arm problem

Failure Date: 11/30/2001

While driving and making a turn to either side vehicle will make a clicking noise because ball joints had separated. Please provide more information.

2 Front Suspension Control Arm problem

Failure Date: 01/09/1999

Ball joint failed (shattered with loud pop) causing loss of control when wheel locked up.
